We have two bases, Dublin and London, with team members in Hungary and the Middle East. Most of our client work sits in Ireland and the UK. Spreading the team was a deliberate choice rather than an accident of growth: world-class engineering talent is not concentrated in one city, and building across four locations meant we could hire for the standard we wanted rather than for who was within commuting distance.
The team is a mix of AI technologists, data architects, software engineers and transformation consultants. The mix matters more than it sounds. Most AI work that fails does not fail on the model; it fails because nobody connected the technology to how the business runs, or because the data underneath it did not agree with itself.
